Chicken Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
• 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 8 slices provolone cheese
• 4 hoagie rolls
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook for 5–6 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
4. Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet.
5. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Divide the chicken mixture into four portions in the skillet.
7. Top each portion with 2 slices of provolone cheese.
8. Cover briefly until the cheese melts.
9. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the hoagie rolls.
10. Serve hot and enjoy.
