makes a satisfying meal that is perfect for lunch,

dinner, or a weekend gathering.

🛒 Ingredients

For the beef patties:

500 g ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, optional

1 tablespoon cooking oil

For the burger:

4 soft burger buns

4 slices cheddar cheese

4–8 slices crispy bacon

1 large tomato, sliced

1 small onion, thinly sliced

Mayonnaise

Yellow mustard

Ketchup

Lettuce, optional

Butter for toasting the buns

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Prepare the beef: Place the ground beef in a large

bowl. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion

powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce if using.

Mix gently until the seasonings are evenly distributed. Avoid overmixing because this can make the burgers dense.

Shape the patties: Divide the mixture into four equal

portions and shape each portion into a round patty

slightly wider than the burger buns.

Make a small indentation in the center of each patty so they cook evenly without puffing up.

Cook the bacon: Place the bacon in a skillet over

medium heat and cook until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess grease.

Cook the burgers: Heat a skillet, griddle, or grill over

medium-high heat. Add a little oil and place the beef

patties on the hot surface.

Cook fr approximately 3–5 minutes on each side,

depending on the thickness and desired doneness.

During the final minute of cooking, place a slice of

cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.

Toast the buns: Slice the burger buns in half and

lightly spread butter on the cut sides. Place them cut-

side down in a hot skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.

Prepare the toppings: Slice the tomato and onion into

thin pieces. Keep the bacon warm and crispy. You can

also add fresh lettuce for extra crunch.

Build the burger: Spread mayonnaise on the bottom

bun, followed by ketchup and mustard. Place the

cheesy beef patty on top, then add crispy bacon, tomato slices, and onion.

Add another small layer of sauce if desired.

Finish and serve: Place the top bun over the burger

and gently press everything together. Serve

immediately while the beef is hot, the cheese is melted, and the bacon is crispy.

🍟 Serving Idea

Serve the burger with crispy French fries, potato

wedges, onion rings, or a fresh side salad. A cold soft

drink or homemade lemonade also pairs perfectly with this classic burger.
