 Classic Cobb Salad with Crispy Bacon, Creamy Avocado, and Tangy Blue Cheese


Ingredients:

• 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

• 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

• 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

• 1 avocado, diced

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

• 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

• 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped




Dressing Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup olive oil

• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

• Salt and black pepper to taste
















Directions:

1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, then spread it evenly on a large serving platter or salad bowl.

2. Arrange the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, sliced eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, and red onion in neat rows over the lettuce.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.

4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

5. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for extra flavor and freshness.

6. Toss gently if desired, or serve as arranged for a beautiful presentation.
