 Hot Dog Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

• 4 hot dogs

• 8 slices bread

• 8 slices cheddar cheese

• 2 tablespoons butter, softened













Directions:

1. Slice the hot dogs in half lengthwise.

2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the hot dogs for 2–3 minutes until lightly browned.

3. Butter one side of each slice of bread.

4. Place 4 slices of bread, butter-side down, on a clean surface.

5. Add 2 slices of cheese to each piece of bread.

6. Place 2 hot dog halves on top of the cheese.

7. Add another 2 slices of cheese and top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.

8. Grill the sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown
 and the cheese is melted.

9. Slice and serve hot.
